Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with TrellisCharts. If you're not happy with your subscription for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your initial purchase for a full refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under our 30-day money back guarantee:
- Email us at support@trellischarts.com and include "Refund Request" in the subject line
- Use the same email address as your account login so we can verify it's you
- Let us know you'd like a refund (no explanation required)
We'll process your refund promptly through our payment processor, Paddle. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
Eligibility
Our 30-day money back guarantee applies to:
- Your first subscription purchase with TrellisCharts
- Requests made within 30 calendar days of the initial purchase date
This guarantee is limited to one refund per customer. It does not apply to subscription renewals, only to your first purchase.
Subscription Renewals
After the initial 30-day period, subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds except as required by law. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
To cancel your subscription, contact us at support@trellischarts.com at least 3 business days before your next billing date. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Payment Processing
All payments and refunds are processed through Paddle, our merchant of record. While our 30-day money back guarantee is our commitment to you, refunds are subject to Paddle's standard processing procedures.
